Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Site Coordinator to add to our growing team. The ideal candidates should be motivated, talented, and committed team members, with creative thinking, proactive attitude, good communication and report writing skills. We are seeking a well-experienced candidate with a minimum of 4 years in the construction industry - preferably in the Mechanical and/or Electrical installations in high and low rise constructions, with an excellent track record.

Responsibilities
Report to General Manager/Director.
Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the field of engineering.
Conduct site visits, prepare correspondences and reports
Maintain effective liaison with contractors, developers, consultants and agencies.
Manage site issues, coordination and documentation
Create studies and summaries of previous and ongoing construction projects
Direct staff on projects, assigning and reviewing work, and advising on technical problems.
Qualifications and Required Skillset
Engineering/construction management technologist diploma/degree or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of construction experience, Mechanical and electrical related preferable.
Analytical mindset and competent report writing skills including the ability to obtain information and prepare reports.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with all employees, client divisions/sections, outside agencies and/or politicians and other levels of government.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and conflicting priorities
Ability to formulate sound engineering decisions and judgment
