To achieve these goals, it is essential to understand the client’s needs which can only be accomplished through clear consistent communication. To maintain this standard, our principals participate in design meeting for all projects. We recognize the importance of coordination and the necessity for timely responses to clients, architects and fellow members of the design and construction team.

Ours is an open office culture. All employees are encouraged to participate in establishing office policies and their feedback is included in much of the decision making. Understanding our staff’s needs and providing support to make them feel like they’re a valued member of our corporate family is our main goal in operating a successful business.

We believe in developing the next leaders in the bustling industry. Our long standing partner with the Ryerson University Internship program has been a successful launch pad for over a dozen of young designers and engineers. Our commitment to training not only extends to our interns but is a ingrain part of our culture.
