Mon Sheong Stouffville Phase 1 & 2

Nestled in the heart of Stouffville, the Mon Sheong Stouffville Campus represents a transformative vision in long-term senior care. Thoughtfully developed in two phases, this modern campus is designed to offer exceptional quality of life in a culturally sensitive environment.

Phase 1 – Opened in 2021, the Mon Sheong Stouffville Long-Term Care Centre features 320 licensed beds across a beautifully designed facility that blends warmth, comfort, and clinical excellence. Residents benefit from 24/7 professional care, nutritious Chinese and Western cuisine, vibrant recreational programs, and a strong sense of community — all tailored to the unique needs of the aging population.

Phase 2, currently under construction and slated for completion in 2026, builds on this success with an additional 224 long-term care beds. This upcoming 8-storey state-of-the-art building will feature private washrooms in every basic room, individualized HVAC systems for infection control, and modernized common spaces for therapeutic engagement and family connection.

Together, Phases 1 and 2 will create a comprehensive 544-bed senior care campus, setting a new benchmark in compassionate, culturally mindful care for Ontario’s aging population.
